HOW DO I START A GPS WORKOUT?
- Select the workout mode of your choice via the watch (pusher at 3 o’clock).
- Select the workout type (with the pusher at 4 o’clock).
- Launch your workout (with the pusher at 2 o’clock) – Stop with the pusher at 2 o’clock – Reset with the pusher at 4 o’clock.
